Die Simulation wurde erneut mit RealFlow 10, SPH und unver\u00e4nderten Zustr\u00f6mungsbedingungen durchgef\u00fchrt. Entsprechend haben sich F\u00fcllverhalten und Str\u00f6mungen ge\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>FAA mit Blender, FlipFluids und aktualisierter Geometrie<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Str\u00f6mungsemitter 0.25 m x 0.07 m = 0.0175 m\u00b2<\/li>\n<li>Geschwindigkeit von 1.0 m\/s<\/li>\n<li>Q = 0.0175 m\u00b3\/s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FlipFluid ist eine eigenst\u00e4ndige Entwicklung und liefert mittels eines Gitter-basierten Ansatzes \u00fcberzeugende Ergebnisse.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/497583170\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>FAA mit 3ds max<\/h2>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/485447376\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Wikipedia beschreibt eine Fischtreppe wie folgt:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fischtreppe\"><i>Eine Fischtreppe oder Fischpass (auch Fischwanderhilfe, Fischleiter, englisch fish ladder &#8211; Fischlift, in Deutschland amtlich auch Fischweg genannt) ist eine wasserbauliche Einrichtung an Flie\u00dfgew\u00e4ssern, um Fischen im Rahmen der Fischwanderung die \u00dcberwindung von Wanderbarrieren in Form von Stauwehren, Wasserkraftanlagen und gegebenenfalls auch Wasserf\u00e4llen zu erm\u00f6glichen. <\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Der Ausl\u00f6ser f\u00fcr den CFD-Test kam durch einen Post auf Linkedin von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/update\/urn:li:activity:6733388491230609408\/?commentUrn=urn%3Ali%3Acomment%3A(ugcPost%3A6732983417052385280%2C6733388389237706752)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Matthias Mende<\/a> zustande. In seinem Beitrag wurde der Prototyp eines M\u00e4ander-Fischpasses aus den 1990ern gezeigt (VHS &#8211; hat mich gefreut).<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;Der Prototyp bestand damals aus geschnittenen Faserzementrohren (heute deutlich d\u00fcnnere GFK-Rohre) und die Schlitze wurden noch mit \u00dcberschieblingen stufenweise nach unten verj\u00fcngt (heute gleichm\u00e4ssige Verj\u00fcngung Richtung Sohle). Der Beckendurchmesser betrug hier nur 1.0 m, bei einer Beckenfallh\u00f6he von 15 cm ergibt sich so ein Rampengef\u00e4lle von stolzen 30% (2 Becken nebeneinander).&#8221; Matthias Mende<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Vielen Dank f\u00fcrs Ver\u00f6ffentlichen!<i><br \/><\/i><\/p>\n<p>Der Fischpass war interessant und da einige Versuche mit dem Fluid-Solver von Real Flow anstanden, war dies genau das richtige Spa\u00dfprojekt um sich auch gleich mit Blender und den Schnittstellen zu Real Flow zu besch\u00e4ftigen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Modellierung erfolgte einmal in 3ds max und erg\u00e4nzend zur Einarbeitung in Blender. Um die Geometrie der FAA CFD-kompatibel zu gestalten kam sowohl in 3ds max als auch in Blender der Topologie-Rebuilder Quad Remesher zum Einsatz. Ein schickes kleines Programm, dass sowohl f\u00fcr Max als auch f\u00fcr Blender genutzt werden kann. Durchmesser der einzelnen Zellen betr\u00e4gt 0.50m, die H\u00f6hendifferenz jeweils 0.15 m, es wurden sechs Zellen mit Einlauf- und Auslaufbereich modelliert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Polygonanzahl des Modells line-height: 1.5; --minfontsize: 22;\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">On calculating with Real Flow 10<\/h2>\n<p>The calculation was carried out using SPH (Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics) and was calculated for fluid (water body) and spray (foam, splash) The filling process of the fish ladder was simulated.<\/p>\n<p>An area of 1.0 m x 0.45 m = 0.45 m\u00b2 was used as a fluid emitter. The resulting inflow at a velocity of 0.5 m\/s is ~ 0.23 m\u00b3\/s.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum number of particles in the water body is ~ 24 million. The output for further processing in 3ds max and Blender was done as a water body and spray system. In this case, the simulation itself was carried out in Real Flow 10, the generated result data was loaded into 3ds max and rendered there with VRay.<\/p>\n<p>For Blender, water bodies and spray were exported in the Alembic format &#8211; minor problems with the import of the spray particles still need to be solved.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, &#8220;small aberrations&#8221; could not be avoided. But since the mini-animations were created as experiments to test the software, particles that do not behave quite as they should can be overlooked.<\/p>\n<p>Information on Real Flow: <a href=\"https:\/\/realflow.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/realflow.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Blender?<\/h2>\n<p>Footnote on Blender: This was the first project mach:idee realized with Blender. Working with Blender &#8211; after about 25 years of 3ds max &#8211; takes some getting used to, but is doable. Many questions remain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must keyframes be set in Blender?<\/li>\n<li>Where are the settings?<\/li>\n<li>How do you create a convincing water shader?<\/li>\n<li>Ambient occlusion?<\/li>\n<li>What are the optimal settings of the render engine?<\/li>\n<li>V-Ray for Blender?<\/li>\n<li>and many more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The effort was not too high and getting familiar with Blender was not a big deal, getting started worked out fine. The data interfaces work and the first render results are also passable. And Blender is actually fun!
